Who is responsible

The data controller is the publisher of Founzio, reachable at contact.founzio@gmail.com.

What we collect

Browsing Founzio requires no account and no personal data.

If you create an account: your e-mail address (and a hashed password), or your name, e-mail and profile picture provided by Google when you sign in with Google.

While signed in: the websites you save and the history of your claw grabs (the last 100), with the search typed.

Anonymous counters per website (grabs, opens, saves, shares), not linked to any account.

Why

To provide your account and your personal space (performance of the service you request).

To show how popular each website is (legitimate interest, anonymous data).

Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Processors

Convex stores account data (Convex, Inc., San Francisco, États-Unis — convex.dev), Hostinger hosts the website, Google handles Google sign-in. Transfers outside the EU rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Your data is kept as long as your account exists and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.

Cookies

Founzio only uses technical cookies: your sign-in session and your language choice. No tracking or advertising cookies, so no consent banner.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact.founzio@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
